Product Description
RG-8X (Mini-8) Low-Loss High-Flex 50-Ohm Coaxial Cable - Per Foot
Cable length is determined by the total number of feet (or units) you purchase. The minimum you can purchase is 25-feet.
Perfect for moderate power HF stations, or mobile applications where short runs (typically < 175-feet) and flexibility are key factors. RG-8X is just slightly larger than standard RG-58 coaxial cable and it offers better handling characteristics, it has good shielding and is a 'low-loss' cable. RG-8X is a Low-loss, High-flex, Type II-A Non-Contaminating PVC Jacket. UV Resistant Direct Burial coaxial cable.
Quality matters and American Radio Supply is a trusted supplier of genuine OEM components. We supply the U.S. Armed Forces and RF Communication Professionals worldwide.

Good Quality
Installed and working. Good quality cable.

My Preferred Cable
I have made dozens of patch cables lately and definitely prefer American Radio Supply' RG-8X. The braid does not stick to the dielectric insulator like other brands. It is much easier to prepare to install a crimp connector.

Excellent Product
I ordered two 20 ft lengths of 50 ohm RG8X (MINI 8). I used those two for my beam antenna. Excellent product. I will need more this spring. Thank you for the product.

The Best
Good stuff at a good price and long lasting. I have always preferred hi-flex cable RG-8X coaxial cable over RG-8U. RG-8X does not come lose at antenna nor beams as early as RG-8U. The best you can have when you rotate beams.

Five Stars
I wanted to upgrade the coax on two radios in my truck. One a 144/440 MHz dual band mobile, the other a 220 MHz mobile. I decided to go a little better than RG-58. The RG-8X low-loss coax cable was perfect for my reinstall. Smooth, flexible, and the right price.

Good Deal
I needed a specific length for a run in my attic and there was no issue getting the exact amount of feet of this coax that I needed. There were no nicks or kinks in the coax and it looked to be in pristine condition. Good deal!

As Advertised
This is the real deal. Made with copper of the correct guage and with correct shield conductor and insulation.

Nice
Used 75 feet plus 30 feet of Mini-8 cable with connectors in between. Very little loss using a 5 watt portable. Catching the repeater at 20 miles. 5x5.
