Low Flat-Rate USA Shipping

Items being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping.  Once the actual shipping cost is determined a payment request for the addtional shipping will be sent to the buyer.  The order will remain on hold until the additional shipping is received.

We are a stocking dealer; however, occasionally some items may be back-ordered.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Eastern) Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Eastern) or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Some products may require 7-10 business days to ship. Therefore your order may be held until all items can be shipped together.

Our primary domestic carriers are USPS Priority Mail and UPS. The choice of carrier depends upon the size of the shipment. Packages shipped to Alaska, or Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Typical USPS transit times are as follows: Contiguous 48 states: 2-5 days (Priority Mail); 2-10 days (First-Class Mail).  Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Outlining Areas: 7-14 days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Many of the items we sell are too large and or heavy to ship outside the USA.  So, we strongly recommend international customers request a shipping quote before placing an order.

In the event an international order requires additional shipping fee the fee will be requested from the buyer.  Failure to pay the additional shipping fee will result in the order being canceled and the original payment will be refunded.

Please note prices are in US dollars (USD) and does not include customs, duty (VAT) fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Most international packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.  Please be aware that USPS Priority Mail does not include insurance and tracking.  If you want insurance and tracking then your order will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

We can also ship on your FedEx account or bill FedEx charges to your credit card.  We will not ship international packages using UPS or DHL.
