American Radio Supply warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials & workmanship for a period of one year from the date on the sales invoice. We will either repair, replace, or give store credit (our choice) any defective product during this period of time.
Our warranty does not apply to clearance, discontinued, or items that are sold “as is”. All warranty claims must be shipped back to us prepaid & insured with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
The warranty becomes void if product is misused, altered, abused or installed improperly. AmericanRadioSupply.com will not be liable for injury or any damages arising directly or indirectly from any defects in its goods, defective or otherwise.
We endeavor to list all of our products accurately; however, errors do occur and therefore we are not responsible inadvertent errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
AmericanRadioSupply.com, is committed to working with its customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Most items maybe returnable for a refund, exchange or credit as long as they are returned within 30 days of the date on the sales invoice; are unused; and are in their original and undamaged packaging. Non-defective returned after 30-days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as noted later in this section. Returns my not be accepted for refund after 30 days. To return defective products please follow the procedure as detailed above.
Unauthorized or Refused Items
AmericanRadioSupply.com, are not responsible for unauthorized returns. Packages without an RMA number may be refused at our facilities and will be returned to the sender.
Non Defective Returns
Any returns found to be non-defective or intentionally returned as non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all non-product related fees (shipping and insurance) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
Return Merchandise Authorization
Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer and AmericanRadioSupply.com restrictions. All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number issued by AmericanRadioSupply.com. You can obtain an RMA number on our website by clicking on 'My Account' or emailing us at... firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be shipped freight prepaid by the purchaser.

Should your item require warranty service or is missing parts, please first contact the manufacturer warranty service department.
