Payment

We accept most major credit cards.

Very Important: An incorrect billing address is the number one reason why credit cards are declined. This is known as an “Address Verification System” (AVS) failure. So, please be sure to enter the correct billing address when paying with a credit card. The billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statement.

You can always enter a different 'ship to' address in the shipping address section.

Pay By Telephone

A few of our customers prefer to process their credit card payment over the telephone. To do that please call our office at (706) 361-0825. Our normal operating hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern Time.

Checks & Money Orders

We accept checks and money orders. Checks require a clearing period prior to shipping. Usually 7 to 10 days. You can also process your check electronically using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is applied to Georgia residents and businesses unless we have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for you or your company. Colleges, Universities, Local, State, and Federal Governments are exempt from sales taxes.

International Sales

Our payment settings often reject international addresses.  Therefore customers outside the USA should use PayPal to process their credit card payment.  Note: You do not need a PayPal acocunt to process your credit card payment through PayPal.

Security

We are committed to our customers. You can rest assured our online payments are processed using the highest available encryption technology and internal security practices available for internet-based transactions. Our payment processing partners monitor their networks 24/7 for any security related issues and they use leading hardware to ensure that your data is secure.

PCI Compliance

All transactions completed adhere to PCI compliancy regulations. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). PCI Compliance is not a recommendation; it is now a requirement. Credit card companies and acquiring banks can levy stiff fines and remove the merchant's ability to process credit card transactions until the merchant is PCI compliant.

CISP Compliance

The Visa CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) Payment Application Best Practices established a set of the 13 best practices designed to protect sensitive information from being compromised. These practices are directed to assist software vendors to create secure payment applications that help merchants and service providers comply with CISP. Our credit card processor is in full compliance with CISP. Information Exchange, a firm specializing in data security and compliance validation conducted the audit.
