We accept most major credit cards, USA checks and USPS money orders.


We process all credit card transactions over a sercure SSL connection. Our SSL certificate can be verified here. So, you can rest assured your online payment is processed using the latest encryption technology and internal security practices available for internet-based transactions. Our payment processing partners monitor their networks 24/7 for any security related issues and they use leading technology to ensure that your data is secure.


An incorrect billing address is the number one reason why credit cards are declined. This is known as an “Address Verification System” (AVS) failure. So, please be sure to enter the correct billing address when paying with a credit card. The billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statement. You can always enter a different 'ship to' address in the shipping address section.

Pay By Telephone

Some of our customers prefer to process their credit card payment over the telephone. To do this please call our office at (706) 361-0825.

Checks & Money Orders

We accept checks and money orders. Checks require a clearing period prior to shipping. Usually 7 to 10 days. You can also process your check electronically using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is applied to Georgia residents and businesses unless we have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for you or your company. Colleges, Universities, Local, State, and Federal Governments are exempt from sales taxes.

International Sales

Our payment settings often reject international addresses.  Therefore customers outside the USA should use PayPal to process their credit card payment.  Note: You do not need a PayPal acocunt to process your credit card payment through PayPal.


At American Radio Supply, we want our customers to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right for you.  We will either provide you a replacement product or refund, depending upon your situation. 

Our return policy excludes misused, altered, abused or products that were installed improperly.

Return Shipping

All items must be shipped prepaid by the purchaser.

Warranty Support

Should your item require warranty service or is missing parts, please first contact the manufacturer warranty service department.

If your item is not repaired to your satisfaction, AmericanRadioSupply.com will work with you and the manufacturer to obtain an appropriate resolution.
