Service
The product is great. However the shipment only included the PL-259 connectors and no reducers. I sent an email referencing the order number on Thursday night indicating the lack of reducers. On Friday morning I was asked... to check again as they install the reducers in the connectors prior to shipment. I did and no reducers and I reported back. They shipped the reducers out OVERNIGHT via USPS EXPRESS MAIL, as I needed them for an antenna project on Saturday. They were received before noon on Saturday and the my project was completed. --- How can you beat service like this? I will be ordering from them again. Excellent !!!

Great Product Value
These are an excellent value. The local Radio Shack charges $5 apiece for Pl-259 plugs, and these came out cheaper even counting the shipping charges. These are a quality product all around, and now that I've discovered this website, this will probably be my one stop radio supply shop. The silver coating makes solder flow and sort of "wick" very well. When I was soldering the center conductor, even though I had it clamped horizontal/level, the solder seemed to wick down into the tip and fill it up instead of just sitting right in the opening, which means a better electrical connection. The teflon insulator also means that you don't have to worry about it drying out or cracking over time with weather, or melting because of soldering gun heat. The fact that they come with RG8X reducers and STILL ended up cheaper than other sources is all the more reason for me to come here whenever I need more, :-)
