Works fine
Plenty strong enough for my hamsticks. We'll see how it holds up to the weather. Remember that if you add a spring you'll need to retune your antenna! I found that about half the distance of the spring was the right amount to lengthen the whip. I figured it would be the same length but it was only about half.
