The BNC-PM-1.6 is a spare/replacement center pin contact designed for BNC male crimp-style connector assemblies using coaxial cable with a larger center conductor, including RG-8X (Mini-8) and LMR-240.
Each center pin features a 1.6mm bore hole sized to accommodate the larger center conductors found in these cable types. The machined metal contact provides a reliable electrical connection when properly crimped or soldered into a compatible BNC male connector body.

Important: Center-pin bore dimensions must match the coaxial cable's center conductor. The BNC-PM-1.6 is specifically intended for cables with approximately 1.6mm center conductors and is not a universal replacement for all BNC connectors.

Works Great!
If you have purchased BNC terminators for LMR240, as I did, they fit the solid center conductor only. I received these for my twisted strand LMR240 Ultra-Flex and they work great. Saved buying more terminators unnecessarily. I think them a "must have" if you deal with BNC's. [ STAFF NOTE ] These BNC center pins (contacts) have the larger 1.6mm bore which fits RG8X (MINI-8), and LMR240. Standard BNC center pins are limited to RG-58, RG-58A and LMR195.
