The ARS-G506-600 is a heavy-duty UHF-Female SO-239 cable-end connector designed specifically for terminating LMR-600 and other approximately 0.600-inch OD coaxial cables. This connector provides a secure mechanical and electrical termination for large-diameter, low-loss coaxial cable used in amateur radio, RF communications, antenna systems, and other high-power applications.
The SO-239 female connector features the standard 5/8"-24 UNEF mating thread for connection to UHF Male PL-259 plugs. Its robust brass construction and silver-plated finish provide excellent durability and reliable RF conductivity.

What Is a UHF-Female SO-239 Connector?
The SO-239 is the commonly used designation for the female member of the UHF connector family. It features an internally threaded receptacle that accepts the threaded portion of a standard PL-259 UHF Male connector.

Installation
