Product Description
UHF-Male PL-259 Crimp-On Coaxial Connector
The UHF-7609-L400 is a 50-ohm UHF-Male (PL-259) coaxial connector designed for terminating LMR400 and compatible large-diameter coaxial cables. Featuring a durable nickel-plated brass body, PTFE (Teflon) insulator, and gold-plated beryllium copper (BeCu) center contact, this connector provides a dependable connection for RF communication systems, amateur radio stations, antenna feedlines, and other coaxial cable applications.
The connector uses a combination of center-contact termination and an outer crimp ferrule to secure the cable. The center contact is soldered to the cable's center conductor, while the ferrule is crimped over the cable jacket and braid for a secure mechanical connection. Its precision-machined construction and corrosion-resistant plating make it suitable for professional RF installations and general-purpose radio communication applications.
