The BNC-3061-1 is a compact 50-ohm BNC male coaxial termination load designed to provide a defined RF load for coaxial transmission systems. Rated for 0.5 watt average power and specified for operation from DC to 4 GHz, it is well suited for RF test equipment, communications systems, laboratory applications, and low-power transmitter testing.
The termination absorbs RF energy and presents a nominal 50-ohm load, helping prevent the unwanted signal reflections that can occur when an RF port is left open.
