Product Description
BNC Straight Male Dual-Crimp Connector for LMR400
The BNC-3029-L400 is a professional-grade 50-ohm BNC straight male (plug) coaxial connector designed for terminating LMR400 and other 0.405-inch low-loss RF coaxial cables. Its dual-crimp construction provides a secure mechanical and electrical connection for antenna systems, wireless communications, RF equipment, test equipment, and other high-frequency applications.
The connector is designed to fit Times Microwave LMR-400, CommScope CNT-400, Belden 7810A, and Belden 7810R low-loss coaxial cable, as well as most quality 50-ohm RG-8-type transmission cables having a solid 10 AWG center conductor measuring approximately 0.108 inches (2.74 mm) and an outer jacket diameter of approximately 0.405 inches (10.29 mm).
The BNC-3029-L400 features a nickel-plated brass connector body and shell, a gold-plated contact pin, a natural PTFE/Teflon dielectric, and a crimp-style ferrule for dependable cable termination. The BNC bayonet coupling design allows for quick connection and disconnection while maintaining a secure mated connection.
