Product Description
Comet CTC-50M - Flat Window / Door Feed-Thru Coaxial Cable
The CTC-50M jumper allows you to get your antenna coax into the radio room without drilling holes in the wall or leaving a window/door open. The center core of the flat wire coax is "copper-clad steel". It was chosen for its strength and resistance to metal fatigue. The film is made of ALPET (ALuminum/PET plastic, same material as milk jugs) to resist damage upon closing the door or window. 24k gold plated female connectors are supplied with screws to attach the connectors securely to the wall/window frame. Close the window and screen securely to keep out weather while keeping your home secure without damaging the coax.

Excellent temporary fix
Just moved into a new house and have not had the opportunity to route all the cables permanently like I want. This is a fix that will get me through until springtime with y VHF antenna and G5RV. Good product, shipped very quickly.

The Difference between QRV and QRT!
I rented a Brick house with sliding aluminum windows. Drilling holes was out of the question. The CTC-50 allowed me to set up a 2m/70cm J-pole on the roof peak for my IRLP node. I had no problem with the PL-259 connectors I used; this may have been corrected by the mfgr. The only con... a bit pricey but I've yet to see anything esle like it!
