PCM-CB55 - 0.125" Chrome Plated Brass Antenna Whip Base Ferrule 3/8-24T
The PCM-CB55 is a heavy-duty .125-inch (1/8") chrome-plated brass antenna whip base ferrule designed to securely terminate and mount stainless-steel whip or stinger elements. The ferrule provides a reliable mechanical connection between a raw antenna whip and a standard 3/8"-24T male threaded antenna mount.
The pass-through bore configuration allows a .125" diameter antenna element to slide through the ferrule and be secured with set screws. The threaded base installs directly into compatible mobile antenna mounts, springs, ball mounts, stud brackets, and other antenna hardware using a 3/8"-24 thread.

Well Made
This is the base for the whip I bought. I could not get a 56in one to use for my Tarheel Designs antenna. I did however, find this and the whip, which is 62in for, it, instead for 40M and over,; better reception. Looks good, well made, and I put the whip(s) for my antenna on quick releases for easy replacement when I want to.
