Well made. Perfect for getting feed out of the house.
Purchased several of these from American Radio Supply to get coax connections through an outside wall of the house. Does a good job. Be sure to weatherproof the outside connection.
I needed a clean way to get my coax into the house. This product looks great and functions perfectly. For my application, a 7" would have been ideal if it had been available. The extra inch is outside to keep the look inside my shack clean
Perfect for my project
I ordered three of these 'thru-the-wall' connectors and they came quickly in the mail. Just what I needed to run my coax to the outdoor antennas.
This is exactly what I needed for my custom thru-the-wall project. The washers were also the exact fit and finish. My ham shack will have the functionality I want.
Perfect for making a bulkhead on 2x6 house walls These 8" bulkhead connectors fit perfectly connecting the outside antenna cable to the inside of the house.
I purchased an 8" barrel to use for an exterior wall penetration for my base station VHF/UHF setup. I wanted one of these pieces to have an elegant cable entrance solution along with a grounding point attachment outside of the building. I purchased pairs of oversized washers, oversized nuts, and lock washers to complete this installation. I have a copper plate that this barrel goes through on the outside of the building for grounding purposes, and the oversized nuts/washers spread out the hold force on the interior sheetrock so that the barrel can be fastened firmly in place and will have a weather seal. I use this up to 450MHz with an Amateur Radio transceiver and don't see any excess SWR problems. Works great, I will get more for my HF rig setup.
Found these in an internet search and found a new go to supplier. Hard to find there today and they are 1st class!! Thanks!!! Bob W1RLB
